RESULT OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR CFT BY 2016. Based on the Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Survey of Technical Service Center of  Center for Textiles during the period of 2016 with the number of respondents as much as 150 people shows that the Perception Value of 3.55 or equivalent to the Satisfaction Index Value of society 88 , 87. This index shows the majority of customers feel the BBT Service Performance is very good with the quality of service A.
